A few things about me

​

I discovered photography at twelve, in Madrid, borrowing my mother’s analog camera.
Very quickly, I was immersed in black-and-white portraiture—teaching myself through constant practice, books, and long nights in a makeshift darkroom. It was there I discovered the possibility of transforming emotion into image, and moments into lasting prints.

Growing up between Spanish, French, and American cultures shaped the way I see people—with curiosity, openness, and a genuine desire to reveal their essence. My work is rooted in that search for authenticity and presence.

My career began in Paris and continued in New York, where I worked with magazines such as Glamour, GQ, and Esquire, as well as with artists in film, music, and dance. In 2009, I stepped away from the commercial world to focus entirely on artistic portraiture and body work.

My work is represented in galleries and has been exhibited in Paris, New York, and Panama, including at the Palais-Royal gardens and the Museum of Contemporary Art in Panama.

Now based in Montreal, I work with clients locally and internationally.
This experience converges in my studio practice, where I create portraits for those drawn to a more personal and timeless way of seeing.
